Quality Inn & Suites I-40 East Rooms

The stay was nice, clean rooms and very courteous staff, my wife also had left a very expensive camera in the room and remembered it 300 miles down the rd, she called the hotel and they mailed it to our home as we continued our vacation, we are very thankful for them doing this since it had many pictures that had been taken with it.

Room was ok but hotel and location were not. Would not feel comfortable bringing my family to this hotel or going out at night on foot. Hotel seems old and outdated and in my opinion it was overpriced. Served its purpose for me on this trip as it was just a rest stop for my drive from Michigan to Texas. Would not stay there again.

We booked this hotel for our Grandfather while he was traveling alone. He had no complains and requested this same hotel on his return trip as well.

Although the location looked a little iffy this hotel was a great value. The staff was professional. A nice breakfast was included in the price and we slept very comfortably. We enjoyed it so much that we stayed again on our return home trip.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable and everything worked as designed. Adequate for short stay and comfortable, well informed staff.

The staff was amazing. The rooms, halls, and common areas were all very clean and smelled great. Breakfast was what would be expected and was perfectly adequate for myself and the kids. The linens were clean and unstained and the room spotless.

Cancelled reservation, but still got charged. Hotel is in bad area of town. Tons of people loitering outside the hotel and at gas stations. Do not recommend
